Where can I purchase a brand new Cricut machine for cheap?

Cricut Machine (29-0001) or Cricut Experssion (29-0300) made by Provo Craft. Both are used for scrapbooking.

How much is cheap?!
WalMart is the lowest, I have heard from others that use Cricut, depeneding where you live Michaels won’t allow coupons on Cricut anymore ..
